Ensure that if you're using wireless Android Auto, the wireless connection option is enabled.
1. Clear the cache for Google services: Go to your phone's "Settings" > "Apps" > "Google Play Services" > "Storage" > "Clear Cache".
2. Clear the cache for Android Auto: Navigate to your phone's "Settings" > "Connections" > "WiFi" > "Smartbox" > enter password 88888888. If a connection failure pops up, proceed and click "Connect".
3. Locate Android Auto on your phone and activate developer settings for it. Then toggle the wireless Android Auto option on and off.
4. Reset the product: Once the WiFi connection is successful, open your mobile browser and enter 192.168.1.101 in the URL bar. Navigate to "Settings" > "Reset" > "Confirm".

Enter 192.168.1.101 in your phone's browser to access the background settings.
Within the "Setting" interface, locate the "Category" option.
Choose "Media delay" and manually adjust the input between "300-2000" to test.
Experiment with changing "Call Quality" to HD or normal.
